We may collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, billing details, and event or product preferences in order to: - Process registrations, subscriptions, and payments - Provide you with updates, resources, and reminders - Improve our services and user experience Your information will never be sold or rented to third parties. It will only be shared when required by law, to process payments securely through trusted providers, or when necessary to deliver services you’ve requested. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access. By using our website, you consent to our collection and use of your information as described in this policy. Refund Policy:

 

We strive to deliver exceptional value through our events, workshops, subscriptions, and resources. Please note: - Event & Workshop Registrations: All sales are final unless otherwise specified for a particular event. Refunds may be offered if the event is canceled by 100AppTeamMember or in the case of duplicate payments. - Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital materials, all sales are non-refundable once access has been granted. - Special Circumstances: Refund requests for unforeseen emergencies or unique circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original form of payment within 7–10 business days. 

 

Cancellation Policy: 

 

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation guidelines are as follows: - Workshops & Live Events: - Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to hayk@100appteammember.com at least 14 days prior to the event. In this case, you will receive a full credit that can be applied toward a future 100AppTeamMember event. - Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event may not be eligible for credit or refund. If possible, we will work with you to transfer your registration to another event or participant. - Subscriptions or Recurring Services: - You may cancel at any time by emailing hayk@100appteammember.com. - Your access will remain available until the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged moving forward. By registering for our events or services, you agree to these policies
